Had we ever run a full-time food truck program before? Nope, but we figured it out – bought and outfitted a truck. Hired a chef. Got the right permits. Nailed down logistics. Found events locals love and set up shop. We became a fixture at local events throughout the Sonoma County area. So much so that consumers asked where we were if we missed one.

We scoured the available media outlets to find the placements that would maximize our reach for our extremely specific consumers. We even broke ground on some new ones too. Our hyper targeted media was featured on Ferry Signs, Billboards along specific highways, bus signage, radio ads and local magazines.
