Ryan, a West Virginia University alumnus, began his career with The Hershey Company as a sales rep. A few years later he joined his family business, Donovan Advertising, to pursue his passion for marketing and advertising. Now as CEO/President, Ryan oversees the company’s operations and continues to work directly with clients to bring their visions to life.

He has also taught advertising and design as an adjunct professor at several art institutes.
